Returns: Our policy is to honor a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. Your sales slip and the completed questionnaire must be returned with the Butt Buffer to receive a refund. If purchased from a dealer, it should be returned to the dealer. (Please note, not all dealers will honor the return policy.) Any shipping costs associated with the purchase are not refundable.
